Because each Destiny 2 player is limited in the number of symbols that they can contribute towards the map, big streamers and figureheads have been using their own audience to help generate even more information. Anyone can help work towards completing the Corridors of Time puzzle and the more that do help the sooner a solution will appear.

At present, there are a few different ways that Destiny 2 players can offer their help towards completing the puzzle. The below “map” shows a handful of streamers that have been collecting data as well as community members and groups that are available on Discord. Basically, all these people need you to do is join their fireteam so that they can see a new symbol, screenshot the image, and then add it to the below map.

It might not make sense to you how you are contributing but trust that it will benefit the group and the larger Destiny 2 community. Because the solution is now within reach, players are working desperately to get any and all contributions that they can.

While it’s not totally clear what the “map” will reveal, the most common presumption is that it will eventually chart a path through the Corridors of Time. In the mission, players can walk through “doors” with certain symbols in a specific order to unlock pieces of lore or the “Savior of Time” emblem. There are 19 lore books in total, but that was just the tip of the iceberg.

Many players believe that with the correct code, they will be able to navigate the Corridors of Time and reach some form of reward. We obviously don’t know what that reward might be, but there are some theories.

Some believe that the puzzle will eventually lead to an item necessary to start the Bastion exotic fusion rifle quest on January 28th. Others think that the datamined solar exotic heavy weapon will be the reward. And a smaller group expects this to tie into the start of the next Season in Destiny 2. Whatever the case, it seems like the code crackers are getting close and they can use any help to speed things along.

Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
